Dr.Shajan is one of the nicest, sharpest medical doctors around. His office is super organized. His staff represents him extremely well and no matter how you are feeling they find a way to put a smile on your face. I am so happy I chose him to be my PCP.

Needed a refill and was late in asking for it but Dr. Shajan was able to take care of it right away before end of day.

Dr Shajan, his medical assistant, and NP were absolutely phenomenal and, due to them, I’ll be switching PCP physicians to Dr Shajan. The front desk staff, however, left a bad first impression on my first visit to the office. While I was on the phone with my insurance company account trying to determine when to schedule my annual physical, both staff members left right at 5pm while I was still in the waiting room obtaining the information needed. One of them said goodbye and indicated that the other would help me. The other walked out right in front of me without saying anything and avoiding eye contact. Although I understand their shift ended at 5 PM and they were anxious to go home, I obtained the information I needed at 5:03 PM and there was nobody available to finish the scheduling session. Very bad first visit / new patient impression on their part.
With that said, I will be moving my care to Dr. Shajan as indicated above.
